Eco-sustainable green complex with zero CO2 and PM10 emissions
The objective was to create a zero-impact structure, set up from the renovation stage for environmental protection, with the use of efficient renewable sources, as part of a broader policy of "green" sustainable development and tourism. The renovation of the Corso is intended for residential accommodation. Particular attention was paid to the quality of the systems, using renewable sources for energy saving. Installation of a photovoltaic system with a power of 4.5 kW integrated into the roof and installation of heat pump systems for environmental air conditioning and for hot water production.
